    The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure moved to amend the resolution by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 2–Requesting the Division of Highways name County Routes 1 and 3, excluding that section of County Route 1 between mileposts 4.62 and 4.84, between Jesse and Glen Rogers in Wyoming County the “Glen Rogers Coal Miner Memorial Highway”.
